Owner and President
The trade calls her the heater girl, because her company sells every kind of heater. She joined Hillco in 2006 and has owned the company since 2014.
She shows up on jobsites in a pink hard hat and pink steel-toe boots she had custom made. In an industry where everything is gray, she adds the color.
1970
Ronald Hillman opens Hillco as a stocked-warehouse distributor. Lead times won jobs then, and they still do.
2006
Nikki joins the company, learns every product in the building, and outsells the room.
2014
She buys Hillco outright, certifies it woman-owned, and takes it union with the pipe fitters and the sheet metal workers.

Still at the table with the people who built it.
